FREAKFLAG is an online clothing store. We currently have no physical shop.

PURCHASING & PAYMENT:

HOW DO I PURCHASE?

Choose your favourite T, CUSTOMISE YOUR GARMENT, select the size and quantity and click "add to cart". Provide your details for billing and shipping as requested, and proceed to pay using a credit/debit card through OUR secure PAYMENT platform. Our automated system will then send you a confirmation via email with your order details. Once payment is received/cleared, you will receive notification via email, and we'll begin processing your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your shipping confirmation , AN EMAIL, WILL BE SENT AFTER PRODUCTION, WITH A tracking number attached. Click the link provided to navigate to our courier's website.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

PRODUCTION, ON AVERAGE TAKES 5 -7 working days. ONCE HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER, PLEASE ALLOW 2 - 3 days for delivery

– if YOU CHOOSE TO EXPEDITE OR rush YOUR order, PRODUCTION, ON AVERAGE TAKES 2-3 days, AND 2-3 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If we anticipate delays beyond our estimated time, we will notify you. You will have 7 days from notification to decide whether to cancel.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF DELIVERY TAKES LONGER THAN EXPECTED?

We do not accept cancellations for delayed orders unless we notify you of an exceptional delay beyond the estimated timeframe.

How do I return something I bought from FREAKFLAG?

No problem! Just send us an email and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Be sure to include your order date, what you want to send back, and why. Once you get your RMA number, make sure to write it clearly on the outside of the return parcel.

What’s an RMA number and why do I need one?

The RMA number helps us track your return and make sure it’s processed quickly. Without it, we might not be able to accept your return—so don’t skip this step!

Where do I send my return?

we will provide you with the address once you have made contact.

Can I return any item I bought?

Most items, yes—as long as they’re still in brand-new condition and in the original packaging. If anything looks worn or used, we won’t be able to accept it.

What can’t I return?

We can't take items back if:

- it’s been more than 7 days since you got them

- They’ve been worn or used

- they’re not in their original packaging

I want a refund—how does that work?

Easy—just make sure your return is within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item is still in like-new condition. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund.

Can I get a different item or store credit instead?

Definitely! If you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, just let us know in your return request. Same 7 day window and condition rules apply.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is on you—we don’t cover the cost of sending items back to us.

What do I need to include when I email you for a return?

Just let us know:

- When you bought the item

- What you want to return

- Why you’re returning it

What if I forget to write the RMA number on the package?

That could delay your return, or we might not be able to accept it. Make sure it’s written clearly on the outside of the parcel so we can process it smoothly.

What is the "meet your maker" designer?

MEET YOUR MAKER is an online customiSation tool that allows users to personaliSe GARMENTS such as t-shirts, hoodies, CAPS, ETC. with EITHER OUR MERCH OR THEIR own text AND IMAGES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Do I need an account to use MEET YOUR MAKER?

While you can start designing without an account, you’ll need to register or log in to complete an order, save your designs, OR track your purchases.

WHERE DO I START?

SELECT MEET YOUR MAKER FROM OUR MENU, Select a product from the catalog AND  Click “Start Designing”.

Can I upload my own image?

OF COURSE! upload your own artwork in common file formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, etc.). Just click “Upload Image” WITHIN MEET YOUR MAKER.

BUT WHAT CAN I ACTUALLY DO?

Add and style custom text, Upload personal graphics, USE OUR MERCH PRINTS, CHANGE COLOUR AND SIZE, AND CHOOSE WHICH PRINT TYPE (DTG OR DTF), YOU WOULD PREFER.

what is dtg? Direct-to-Garment

Full colour images and artwork up to 1200dpi (Min. 300dpi) print quality, high elasticity, TRUE TO TONE colour and longegivity.

PNG, JPG*, PDF (Vector), SVG, EPS

RESOLUTION:

300dpi - 1200dpi

COLOUR PROFILE:

CMYK and/or RGB

 

Please NOTE:

*JPG format images are only to be supplied if it is a full colour image such as a landscape or photograph, but it is best practice to try and avoid this format.

BACKGROUNDS: We encourage that artworks contain a Transparent Background (No background), unless it is a full colour image.

PANTONE® NOTICE: Unfortunately we do not print using PANTONE colours, we therefore print a RGB/CMYK equivalent, we do not guarantee a 100% Colour

what is dtf? DIRECT-TO-FILM

While the Heat press method uses Vinyls to be printed and pressed on, Direct to film relies on transparent film which gives it a more clean looking and light feeling print, with it's longegivity living up to the standards of a Direct to garment (up to 60 washes), this makes it our most sought after branding method for customers looking for a budget option as it offers high print quality, stunning and vibrant colours, and a long lasting print, for a fraction of the price.

embroidery:

Considered today as one of the most sought after branding methods, we offer embroidery capable of producing upto 12 colours of high quality threads, plus we offer a digitizing service at an additional fee which is supplied when placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE:

Full colour artworks with more than 12 colours present may not be eligable for embroidery.

1Fades and Gradients are prohibited as embroidery is unable to recreate this effect, artwork/s should always contain solid colours.

Small and/or narrow/thin fonts are prohibited.

Is there a preview option to see how my design looks?

Yes, meet your maker includes a preview feature that shows a realistic rendering of your customised product.

Can I save my design to work on it later?

Yes, if you are logged in, you can save your design to your account and return to edit or order it later.

How do I add multiple sizes or quantities?

After designing your product and clicking “Add to Cart,” you can specify the sizes and quantities needed before proceeding to checkout.

How will I know my order went through?

After checkout and payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
