IIf you register, keep your login details private—you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if anything seems off.

- You won’t upload anything with viruses or malware.
We promise to do our best to provide great service. But sometimes things go wrong—bugs happen, connections fail, and the internet isn’t perfect.
We provide FREAKFLAG “as is”—we can’t guarantee everything will always work flawlessly or exactly the way you want.
We’re not responsible for:
Tech problems beyond our control
How you use the site
Lost business, profits, or data
Issues from using linked third-party websites
If something does go wrong, our total liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding your payment (if applicable).
You can stop using FREAKFLAG any time. And we can end or suspend your access at any time, too—especially if you violate these terms.
If we do, we may delete your content from our system.
If any part of these terms doesn’t hold up in court, the rest still applies.
We can change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after we post changes, it means you’re cool with them.
- Orders are only processed once payment clears—no cheques, please.
- Cash deposits may come with a fee.
- We won’t hold unbranded stock unless it’s paid for.
Once something’s printed or altered, it’s final—no returns.
Unbranded items can be returned within 10 days, but there’s a 10% handling fee.
Always check your order on delivery—once you’ve signed off, that’s it.
